The Montessori Philosophy Program:
In this Program, we explore the origins of Dr. Maria Montessori’s innovative educational method. We will take an in-depth look at peace education through the lens of the Montessori Approach, examining how it fosters harmony and understanding in learning environments. Additionally, we will focus on effective communication strategies for engaging with children aged 3-6 and 6-9, helping us to better understand their developmental needs and perspectives.
The Condensed Program:
offers a focused introduction to the Montessori philosophy and provides hands-on experience with academic materials across various areas. It's designed for those who may have limited time but still want to gain essential knowledge and practical insights into the Montessori approach. Participants can expect a rich learning experience that balances theory and application, making it a great option for busy individuals seeking to deepen their understanding of Montessori principles.
Assistant Program:
In a Montessori classroom, the role of the assistant is crucial for creating a supportive and enriching environment. Our Assistant Course focuses on some of the essential tasks needed including understanding the Montessori principles, the preparation of the environment, supporting and communicating with the team, the importance of individual learning and how to assist the children in the choice of their needed activities and according to their level, along with how transitions are done effectively.
The Administrative Program:
This program offers several benefits for individuals looking to take on leadership, administrative or operational roles in Montessori settings. The Montessori Philosophy, leadership skills, operational management of a Montessori school along with the expected administrative tasks are topics that the program focuses on. The course provides strategies for effective communication with parents and the community, promoting collaboration and support for the school. Overall, the course prepares individuals to lead effectively, ensuring that Montessori principles are upheld while fostering a positive and productive educational environment.
